SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order arrive?
Most orders are prepared within 1–2 working days. After collection by the courier, delivery typically takes a further 4–6 working days, bringing the total estimated timeframe to 5–8 working days. You can find complete details on our Shipping Policy page.

Do I have to pay for delivery?
Not at all. Every UK order qualifies for complimentary standard delivery — there is no minimum spend required. Head to our Shipping Policy page for more information.

Can you ship to addresses outside the UK?
Unfortunately not. Clurio delivers to UK addresses only and international shipping is not something we currently offer.

Can I track my order?
Yes, of course. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it until it lands at your door.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How does your returns policy work?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. It must come back unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, in exactly the condition it arrived.

My item arrived faulty or damaged — what now?
Send an email to support@clurio.com with photographs of the item and its packaging. We'll organise a free replacement and take care of the return postage on your behalf.

How quickly will my refund come through?
Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 7 working days. It will go back to your original payment method, though your bank may take a little longer to show it in your account.

Are there any restocking fees?
Absolutely not. Clurio never charges restocking fees under any circumstances.

EXCHANGES & ORDER CHANGES

Can I swap an item for something else?
Certainly — exchanges are always an option. Just get in touch with our team, send back the original item, and we'll dispatch your new one as soon as it reaches us.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, up until the point your order is dispatched. Once it has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible and you would need to follow our standard returns process instead.

Can I update my order after it's been placed?
Amendments are only possible before the order is shipped. If you need to make a change, please get in touch immediately at support@clurio.com. Once the parcel is on its way, we're unable to make any alterations.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

Which payment methods do you accept?
We support a wide range of trusted payment options, including all major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. The full list is available at the bottom of our website or on our Payment Methods page.

Is my payment data secure?
Entirely. Every transaction is safeguarded with SSL encryption and we operate in full compliance with PCI DSS standards. Your full card details are never held on our systems.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page features a detailed sizing guide to help you pick the best fit. If you're still not sure, our support team is always on hand to offer personalised advice.

What if something I want is out of stock?
Out-of-stock products are clearly flagged on the site. You can register for a restock notification directly on the product page and we'll let you know the moment it's back in.
