At Clurio, we stand behind every single order we send out. We set high standards for ourselves, and on the rare occasion something doesn't go as planned, we'll step in quickly to sort it out — no fuss, no runaround.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Unwrapped your order only to find it's faulty, broken, or not what you expected? We want to know about it. Drop us a message within 30 days of your delivery arriving.

To help us resolve things without delay, please attach your order number and a few clear images that illustrate the problem.

Once we've looked into your case, we'll present you with one of these solutions:
A fresh replacement sent directly to you
Credit applied to your store account
A complete refund back to your original payment method

Any delivery charges paid on the original order will be covered too.
Restocking fees are never applied to approved returns.

Important: The expense of sending items back to us — return postage included — is borne by the customer.


Looking for a Different Size or Style?

Not quite the right colour, fit, or design? That's perfectly fine — exchanges are always something we can arrange. Simply contact our team and we'll walk you through everything you need to do.


Changed Your Mind? You've Got 30 Days

If you've decided the item isn't for you, eligible products can be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Completely unworn and in unused condition
  • Undamaged and in the same state as when it arrived
  • Enclosed in its original, intact packaging

Before you seal the parcel, write your order number clearly on the outer box.

The cost of return shipping is down to you.
Where a return is made simply due to a change of mind, the original postage fee will not be reimbursed.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of your return reaching us.
Your bank or payment provider may then require a few extra days to reflect the amount in your balance.


When a Return Cannot Be Accepted

There is one situation in which we are unable to process your return:

  • Parcels that reach us without a valid order number marked on the outside

The process begins with one email to support@clurio.com. From there, we'll send you a clear, step-by-step breakdown of exactly what to do next.


How Your Refund Is Handled

The moment your returned item lands at our warehouse, our team will examine it and keep you informed of the result.
Provided everything is in order, your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 7 days.

Do keep in mind that your bank or card provider may need a little more time on their end before the funds show up on your statement.
