Clurio ships to UK addresses only.
We are not able to offer delivery outside of the United Kingdom at this stage.
Processing & Delivery Timeframes
Your overall delivery time is split into two distinct phases: Order Processing Time + Courier Transit Time.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders received before 2:00 p.m. GMT (Mon–Fri) are processed on the same day. Anything placed after that time, or during the weekend, will be picked up at the start of the next working day.

Parcel Protection
All orders are covered by free parcel protection as standard.
If your tracking has shown no movement for 5–6 days after your order was dispatched, please contact us at: support@clurio.com.
We'll help you file a missing parcel claim with the relevant courier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we'll send you an email with your unique tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
